About the Episode

The what's what...

At CRMprov, we have been on a kick recently, showing the different proficiency levels that institutions MUST be thinking about when it comes to a fully optimized CRM implementation. And, in truth, sometimes this order of operations is not always the most popular notion when we are hungry for a full and fast implementation process.

This week, Brad Camilleri from Biola University jumps right into this topic giving his views on CRM competencies and how these integrate across campus in order to provide the highest levels of insight.  From database and outbound marketing usage to reporting and the integration of social tools, Brad talks about the 5 primary competencies that he believes are critical to next level implementation.

Brad is an expert implementer and brings a full understanding of how CRM tools can be used across campus to provide maximum impact and insight. Your time will be well spent with this episode. Bon Appetit.
