A self-proclaimed "farmer + fixer," Enrollment has always provided the perfect challenge for him! He's happiest when mining through spreadsheets, results, and (generally) any type of data!

Jack Klett

Jack’s career journey has taken him from enrollment management to academic affairs to the private for-profit and non-profit sectors. Currently, Klett partners with graduate education stakeholders toward fulfilling the ETS non-profit mission to advance quality and equity in higher education. Since transitioning from his role as an aide to Congressman Rush Holt (NJ-12), Klett has served five universities in an administrative & teaching role – Rider University, Drexel University, Philadelphia University, West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and Thomas Jefferson University. As part of ETS’ Global Higher Ed division, he leverages this experience to help institutions and learners solve their problems so they can achieve their unique goals. Klett continues to teach as associate faculty for Thomas Jefferson University, where he served as associate dean of graduate studies.
