About the Episode

The what's what...

Client success is a relatively new idea within the higher ed space. It means much more than standard account management - client success managers can (and should) be a proactive part of your on-campus software solution. How much are you maximizing the experts who support your CRM? Remember: their guidance is part of what you're paying for.

In this episode, Mickey and Jamie get a chance to catch up with Emily Smith, a Client Success Manager (CSM) at TargetX. Emily has been helping on-campus enrollment and tech teams with both implementation and strategy for the past 6+ years. As you can imagine, she has worked with some clients who have been wildly successful in their strategic implementation"Śand others who haven't! You get to hear her perspective on how a CRM can be effectively leveraged, and how professionals in the CSM role can be a big asset in making beautiful music (so to speak).

Pack up the camper - this journey should be insightful, life-giving, and focused on how you can grow even more through CRM technology.
