But really…as higher ed marketers and enrollment management professionals, how does this translate? Mickey and Jamie, as higher education vendors, are in the business of fixing or helping clients come up with solutions to issues that they’re facing - trying to create the BEST possible scenario. AND these two guys have been around long enough to see examples of when change is hard or IMPOSSIBLE because the investment (or perceived value of) the customer experience is not worth the cost of change - and this doesn’t always have to do with a higher ed CRM. In short, service processes and culture are very hard to change!
